STAMP RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our main concern. Every precaution is taken to assure your complete satisfaction in advance.
When we offer stamps of high value, we invariably accompany them with certificates of authenticity. As you know, the expert committees issuing these certificates take pains to describe any fault that is present. We rely on these certificates, and would not presume to describe the associated stamps in any other way. These lots are not returnable, because they already have been properly authenticated and described by recognized experts.
We will gladly & promptly attempt to answer any questions you might have about any of our stamp offers.
When we offer stamps in collections or box lots, we provide general descriptions and quote wholesale prices. We adopt the practice of all major auction houses in declaring these lots not returnable, because there is no practical way to guard against substitutions.
Please study carefully the information provided; it is for your benefit. If you have any questions concerning the lot, you are urged to contact us before ordering. We will do our best to answer you. "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." In over 20 years of business, we have only had 4 lots returned (none of them stamp lots). Shipping & handling charges are not refundable under any circumstances, because the customer has had the benefit of these services.
We suggest that all our shipments be insured. If stamps are damaged in transit to you, then you have a right to ask the carrier--the US Postal Service or UPS--for satisfaction. Please let us know, if we can help you with any such claim.
